HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. (Oct. 24, 2026): Ron Graziano, founder of ImpactFlow, is launching Bold Founders Circle, a monthly, in-person room built exclusively for founders and co-founders who are actively running their business. He opens the doors with a free Founder Preview Night on Thursday, November 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bell Works Chicagoland, 2000 Center Drive, Hoffman Estates.
Founders carry decisions their employees, clients, and even family can’t help them make. Bold Founders Circle puts those founders at the same table every month to work through real decisions together, with people who have sat in the same chair. No employees. No sales reps.
“Every founder has a decision on their desk that nobody on their payroll can help them make,” said Graziano. “Bold Founders Circle gives them a table of people who’ve carried the same weight.”
At Founder Preview Night, each founder brings one real business challenge, whether that’s a hire, a price, a partnership, or a plateau, and works it through in focused rounds with the founders at their table. Attendees also get an inside look at the founding cohort, which begins meeting in January 2027.
Every Bold Founders Circle member receives full access to Bold Business Builders, an online community on Skool, so the conversation continues between meetings.
Founder Preview Night is free and open to founders and co-founders who are actively running their business. Every founder may bring one founder guest. Seats are limited.
