Understanding Medicare Part D

Silverado, Walgreen’s and Lexington Health Network invite you to attend a complimentary information session “Get Well, Stay Well and Live Well: Helping you to get the most out of Medicare Part D”. The presentation will be given by a Walgreen’s pharmacist that will cover understanding your options, open enrollment deadlines and SmartD RX. Join us for light refreshments at 5:30pm at Silverado Senior Living at 555 America Court in Lake Zurich. The presentation will start at 6pm. Family, friends, seniors and caregivers are invited.
