Pamela Holtzman, RN, LCSW . will lead the Healthy Lifestyle Program and motivate cancer survivors and their partners to adapt and maintain reputable dietary, exercise, and stress management habits. It is a wellness program that maintains health and eases the normal aging process. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. $25 registration fee to receive CEU?s in LSW, LCSW, LCP, and LCPC. Please register at 847-221-2400.
