Fred Astaire Dance Studio: February Fitness Party

February is a great time to start thinking about health and wellness, after the holidays. It can be challenging finding an activity that is enjoyable, social, and great for fitness. Join Fred Astaire Ballroom Dance Studio South Barrington Friday February 24th from 7:30pm to 10:00pm for our Fabulous February Fitness Party! Let's get physical as we mix, mingle, and dance the night away! This fun night will begin with a beginner ballroom fitness group class, refreshments and mingling, and open social dancing. An energetic and fitness focused evening that is sure to be remembered for years to come. Admission is $10.00 per person and your favorite work-out gear is encouraged.
