Daily Herald Suburban Business roundtable to explore 2011 economy
Doug Whitley, president of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, and Judith Roussel, district director of the U.S. Small Business Administration, will headline a panel of business leaders to discuss the "Economic Outlook 2011."
Daily Herald Suburban Business, a new monthly business magazine, will launch its first in a series of Business Leaders Roundtables on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Stonegate Conference Center in Hoffman Estates.
The program is open to all local business executives and includes a networking luncheon. Registration and lunch begin at 11 a.m. The panel discussion will commence at 12:15 p.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m.
American Slide Chart/Perrygraf is a corporate sponsor of the event. The Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce and Schaumburg Business Association are marketing partners.
Whitley and Roussel and the other panelists will discuss their views of the present economic conditions, business financing, political implications of the recent elections, as well as specific opportunities and challenges that businesses will face in the coming year.
