Compliance Training (A-Z Banking Regulations) CSB 170 300 This workshop is geared toward Bankers, Mortgage Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, and Real Estate Professionals who want to be more aware of the major laws and regulations impacting the lending and real estate industry. October 16 1-4pm $99 includes materials UBC 205 This workshop is designed to provide an overview of the major laws and regulations affecting consumer lending. We will focus on such regulations as the Fair Housing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Reg.B), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth-in ?Lending (Reg.Z), and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The training will describe how these regulations impact the various loan products offered, the application process, the credit evaluation and investigation process, and the loan closing and documentation process.
