Vision Boards are a powerful tool to discover and clarify what you want to be, do or have in your life, focus clearly on those desires, and then reinforce your intentions so that your subconscious is programed to manifest them.

During this fun class, you will:

- Experience a guided meditation to ground and center you

- Time to set your intentions for what you'd like your Vision Board to manifest for you

- Get helpful ideas on how to create your Vision Board

- Choose the pictures and words that best symbolize your intentions

- Assemble them on your board in a way that speaks to you

- Choose an essential oil and use it to energize your Vision Board

- Learn secrets on how to best use your Vision Board

- Inspiration, creativity and fun!

All supplies are provided: foam boards, magazines, scissors, glue and aromatherapy

You are welcome to bring any special items that you might want to place on your Vision Board

Beginners welcome - no experience necessary

This class would be fun for you, your colleagues, friends and relatives or you might like to refer your clients.
