  • Daytime Care Service Provider: The DSP is responsible for direct supervision of services to the clients of the PURSUIT Adult Day Program including support and assistance in all areas addressed in the Individual Personal Plans of the client. Partners with Clearbrook for training, policies, and procedures. Must be 21 years or older at the time of application. Multiple location openings.
  • Inclusion Aide (year round or summer): The inclusion department includes being an advocate for each participant, providing activity adaptation while emphasizing their abilities. You may work on a 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 ratio based on individual needs.  Must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • Program Assistant (year round or summer): The Program Assistant assists in weekly programs. It is a great way to build communication skills, learn new jobs functions, and inspire participants to grow and have fun. You will supervise and encourage individuals with disabilities in recreation programs and ensure the safety, behavior management, and involvement of participants in activities. Must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • Summer Day Camp Counselor (seasonal): The Summer Day Camp Counselor assists in day camp activities including field trips, pool visits, sports, and other activities. It is a great way to build communication skills, learn new jobs functions, and inspire participants to grow and have fun. You will supervise and encourage individuals with disabilities in recreation programs and ensure the safety, behavior management, and involvement of participants in activities. Must be at least 15 years old at the time of application.
  • Summer Camp Assistant Site Coordinator (seasonal): The Summer Camp Assistant Site Coordinator implements activities, including communicating lesson plans, rules, and logistical details to employees, participants, parents, facility employees, schools, or other involved personnel. Ability to demonstrate activities such as moving participants through activities in a safe and appropriate manner and ability to communicate and assist in training and coaching employees while managing behaviors and program supervision. Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
  • Summer Camp Site Director (seasonal): The Summer Camp Director plans and prepares camps of all types, for individuals with various ability levels, including budgeting, writing lesion plans, communicating details via telephone or meetings, make reservations, organize groupings, purchasing, gathering, loading, transporting, and setting up supplies and equipment, while inspecting site for potential hazards. Supervises and provides training and coaching to employees and volunteers as needed. Implements activities, including communicating lesson plans, rules, and logistical details to employees, participants, parents, facility, school, or other involved personnel. Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
  • Summer Camp Driver (Seasonal: The Summer Camp Bus Driver drives an NWSRA vehicle on designated routes for summer camp, including pick up/drop off while following all safety procedures, driving laws, and outlined routes. Ensuring use and assisting participants with seat belts, vehicle seating, and tie downs. At least 21 years of age with an Illinois Driver's License - CDL preferable, but not required
  • Volunteer 2022 (spring, summer, fall, and winter): Volunteers assist in our therapeutic recreation programs. These programs range from sports, fitness, arts, crafts, music, and general leisure. Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older.
